Digital integration is shifting traditional education to tech-enabled curriculums by embedding computing studies and training teachers via specialized Learning Management Systems. However, inadequate rural electricity, expensive hardware, and poor internet access sustain a widening digital divide.

Educational Technologist, researcher, and lecturer at the State University of Zanzibar with over a decade of experience in digital education, instructional design, and teacher professional development. He is currently pursuing a PhD in ICT in Education at Eastern Mediterranean University, focusing on adaptive and personalized learning for foundational literacy and numeracy in Zanzibar primary schools. Said is actively working on projects related to AI in education, online and blended learning, educational innovation, and community empowerment. His research and training initiatives aim to bridge educational gaps through technology integration, capacity building, and learner centered approaches across Africa.
